In 2023, DiverseForce was selected by the City of Philadelphia Commerce Department to help Philadelphia become the most diverse tech hub in the Nation. As such, DiverseForce is proud to offer full scholarships covering all tuition and materials fees for eligible participants in our 2023 pilot year. DiverseForce's GameChangers Accelerator program is designed to foster diversity in tech, with a specific emphasis on empowering Black and Latinx individuals, aged 18 to 35.
We're reshaping the tech space by connecting talented individuals from all educational backgrounds with companies seeking their skills. Our program empowers participants to secure high-paying tech jobs, overcoming economic disparities, building financial stability, and future-proofing their careers in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Is this a free course? How do I apply for a scholarship?
Yes, the 2023 course is offered completely free of charge. Thanks to a grant from the City of Philadelphia Commerce Department for the Most Diverse Tech Hub initiative, DiverseForce is able to fully cover the tuition costs for eligible participants for the 2023 pilot year. The course is specifically designed to empower underrepresented talent, focusing on Black and Latinx individuals between the ages of 18 to 35. I'm a busy professional. How do I fit this into my schedule?
We appreciate your busy schedule and have tailored the course to suit working professionals. Our program is 12 weeks, with 1 class plus lab time each week. When you apply to the course, you have the flexibility to choose between attending in-person at the P4 Hub in Philadelphia, selecting a Hybrid experience, or participating remotely. The sessions are thoughtfully scheduled for weekday evenings and weekends, making it easier for working professionals to participate without disrupting their workday commitments. We estimate around 10 hours of commitment per week, including the classes, lab sessions, and homework. This schedule allows for a manageable learning experience that fits seamlessly into your weekly routine. Enjoy learning at a relaxed pace without compromising your daily commitments.
What's the schedule for this program?
The GameChangers Accelerator program kicks off on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, and lasts for 12 consecutive weeks. Classes will be held every Tuesday evening from 6 PM to 8PM, and Lab sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 10am-12pm. Choose your preferred format when applying - In Person at the P4 Hub in Germantown (spots are limited, so apply today!), Hybrid (combining virtual training sessions once a week with in-person Lab sessions once a week), or fully Remote. The program concludes on December 16, 2023.
